A guide to PCI Level 1 payment security is HERE

When will these payments first be deducted from my account?

We bill (and debit your account) on or about the 15th of the month the payment is due in line with the due date on your OHP invoice.

Will this change the fees I am paying?

No.

The fees we direct debt from your account will be identical to those we ask you to pay via our normal invoicing arrangements.

To maintain full transparency in our arrangements with you, we will continue to issue an invoice to you each Qtr. Once in our direct debit system this invoice will arrive via email rather than by post.

Will I be charged a fee for this service?

No.

O’Hara Partners will incur the cost of these arrangements for any normal bank transfer.

Where you choose to use a credit card facility to make a payment however, these transaction costs will be at your expense. These costs are outlined in Ezidebit’s direct debit agreements. These fees are charged by the provider & not by O’Hara Partners.

What will appear on my statement ?

Normally a payment made via the Ezidebit portal will be referenced as EZIO'Hara Partn on your bank statement

What is ‘My Reference’ in the fields I need to populate ?

Simply add your last name in this field to satisfy the process.

We don’t provide a reference number for the creation of you direct debit arrangements but our direct debit provider prefers one.

I am living overseas. What address should I use when completing this electronic form?

If you are an international client, we suggest you use the O’Hara Partners street address for this process. While we are sure our provider knows people live in other countries, they don’t think you pay bills from these ‘strange foreign lands’. At present, the Ezidebit system can only accept domestic address lines.

Is this compulsory for all clients?

Our strong preference will be for clients to use this technology to both assist our payment process and eliminate unnecessary payments and paperwork in the future.

Can I set up my own automatic payments instead?

Noting we rebate all fees, commissions and costs we incur on your behalf via our concierge arrangements, these payments may change each quarter.

To avoid erroneous amounts and small payments to ‘nett out’ our engagement with you, we would prefer to manage these payments through the Ezidebit’s platform via one payment.
